About Soccer Physics
Soccer Physics is a one-button, two-player soccer party game, and this is the very first version, from 2014. The players are floppy, the ball bounces everywhere, and controlling your team is only partly possible, which is exactly why it's funny.
The rule is short: one button steers your whole team, more or less, and the first team to five goals wins. Blue uses the up arrow and red uses W. Each side can switch to two buttons instead of one, the left and right arrows for blue, and A and D for red.
A match takes a few minutes. You can play Soccer Physics online here, and it's Soccer Physics free to play on one keyboard with a friend.
How to Play Soccer Physics
- Pick a side. Blue uses the up arrow, and red uses W.
- Press your button to push your team into motion.
- For two-button mode, play blue with the left and right arrows or red with A and D.
- Knock the ball into the other team's goal.
- The first team to five goals wins.
- Rematch as often as you like.
What to Expect in Soccer Physics
It's about laughing at the physics. Your players flop, spin and fall, and a lucky bounce is as likely to score as a plan. That randomness keeps matches close and funny.
It plays best with two people sharing a keyboard, which fits the party game label. Each side needs only one key, so setup is easy, and a match ends at five goals, so it's quick to finish.
There's a small bit of skill in the chaos. Over a few matches you start to feel when to press, when to hold back, and how to bump the ball somewhere useful. It never becomes precise, but it rewards a steady hand.
Tips for Soccer Physics
- Try the two-button mode once the one-button mode feels easy.
- Do not mash. Short, timed presses give your team better control.
- Let the ball come to you, since your own players can send it the wrong way.
- Play a best-of series with a friend so there's a clear winner after the fun.
- Laugh at the weird goals. They're the best part.
Who Made Soccer Physics
Soccer Physics was made by Otto Ojala and released on itch.io. It was built in Unity, with music by Strayworx. FunClicker embeds the creator's own version so you can play it here without downloading anything. We did not make the game, and the credit for its design, code, and art belongs to its creator. You can find the original on the Soccer Physics page on itch.io.
FAQ
Is Soccer Physics free?
It's free. Soccer Physics loads right here in your browser, so there's nothing to download.
How do you play Soccer Physics?
Push a button to control your team. In one-button mode blue uses the up arrow and red uses W. In two-button mode blue uses the left and right arrows and red uses A and D. The first team to five goals wins.
What is the goal in Soccer Physics?
Score five goals before the other team does. Each team is controlled with a single button, or two buttons in the optional mode, and the physics make every match a little unpredictable from kickoff to the last goal.
Who made Soccer Physics?
Otto Ojala is the creator of Soccer Physics. We play the original itch.io build here and credit it on this page.
Can two people play Soccer Physics on one keyboard?
Yes. Blue uses the up arrow and red uses W in the default mode, so both players share a keyboard. In two-button mode, blue uses the left and right arrows while red uses A and D. Sit side by side and play.
Can I play Soccer Physics on a Chromebook or phone?
The controls are keyboard keys, so a Chromebook or laptop is the best fit, especially for two players. A phone is not the easy way to play, since both teams need their own keys on the same device.
Is Soccer Physics unblocked at school?
Soccer Physics unblocked works anywhere this page can open. It needs no download, but school networks run their own filters, so we cannot promise it will load.
Is Soccer Physics the original version?
Yes. This is the first Soccer Physics, from 2014, before any later versions. It keeps the simple look and the one-button idea, and it carries the retro, physics, funny and party game feel from the first match.
